Mary Flood was recommended to me as an instructor many years ago by Major Anders Lindgren. To this day, I thank him for introducing us! Over the past two decades, I have trained with Mary, hosted clinics for her and sent some of my own students of various disciplines to train with her at her top-notch facility, Wildfire Farm in Virginia.
